Jan box Shipping Updates
All new Dec box(replaced by Feb box) has been shipped out. Sorry for the long delay.
For the Jan mystery box, we got an estimated delivery day from 3rd party logistics company in December but the date got postponed every week since then. Since the original Jan mystery box is still stuck with them. To minimize the waiting time and the uncertain shipping date for the Jan box. Similar to the Dec box, our team is continuing to work around the clock to make the March mystery box ready to ship out to replace the original Jan mystery box.
If you received the box labeled as Mar box, please ignore the label, this is our new Jan mystery box (which was replaced by the Mar box).
Sorry for the long wait.
Please note, we will rearrange our mystery box to make sure to fulfill your order with the correct number of boxes and with a different themed box each month.

We have received an update from our carrier and according to them the estimated date of arrival of the December box is around January 20, 2022. In our best effort to keep our customers happy and satisfied, Our team is working round the clock to minimize the delay for all our valued customers so we tried our best to make the February mystery box ready much ahead of schedule. To minimum the waiting time, We will use the February Mystery box to replace the December box. That means you will be receiving a February box instead of the December box and it will be shipped out this coming week with another carrier to the USPS or Asendia. Don’t worry if you happen to purchase the February box already because we will use the March Mystery box to replace it so you will get a different box.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. This is the least that we can do in the light of this unfortunate event as we always strive for our customer satisfaction and we want to ensure a gratifying experience for all of our customers. Due to implemented COVID-19 safety restriction measures and unforeseen circumstances during this holiday season, a higher volume of local and international shipments received by the carrier worldwide have been experiencing unprecedented delays and limited transportation flows.
Dec box will be late than usual there are tons of shipments stuck on the carrier side that might cause some more delays. We're very sorry if you experienced this delay. We try out very best to work with our 3rd party carrier to make sure your package gets to the local post / carrier. And I am hoping you will receive your box real soon. If you receive tracking number please allow an extra long time before the tracking number is processed and becomes available to track online.
